Process

How a job runs

Four steps, with the price agreed first.

  1. Brief

    Send the design or notes, the stack and the deadline. A short call if it helps.

  2. Price

    You get a fixed price or an hourly estimate, and our availability, before you commit.

  3. Build

    We work in stages and share previews on a private link, so you can review as we go.

  4. Handover

    Code, files and notes go to you. Your client sees your name, not ours.

For clear briefs: you know the full cost before we start.

  • Your brand on everything. We never contact your client unless you ask us to.
  • We sign your NDA before we see the project.
  • We work in your tools: Figma, GitHub, Trello, email or your chat app.
  • All code and files are handed over, so you and your client own the work.
  • Meetings in English or German. Our working day overlaps with UK and European office hours.

Questions from agencies

How much do you charge?

From £15 an hour, or a fixed price per page or per project. You get the price before any work starts, and we tell you early if the scope grows.

Can you build German websites?

Yes. We build German and bilingual German–English websites, set up the Impressum and Datenschutz pages for the texts you or your client provide, host fonts locally and avoid tracking cookies unless your client needs them.

Will you talk to our client?

Only if you ask us to. By default we work with you alone, and nothing we deliver carries our name.

Can we start with a small job?

Yes, and we recommend it. A single landing page or a few fixes is a good way to see how we work before you send a bigger project.

Who owns the work?

You and your client. We hand over the code, the design files and any logins, and we keep nothing back.
